- Q1: Will the tire pump get hot during working?
- A1: Yes. it's common for the electric air pump to get hot. The built-in fan, high-quality aluminum alloy material, cooling holes and V0 class flame retardent material make our pump safer than others.
- Q2: Why can't I adjust the pressure value above 50PSI under Car Mode?
- A2: There is a default pressure value and also an adjustable range under the 4 preset modes. For example, the adjustable range of Car Mode is 26-50PSI. If you need higher pressure value, you can turn to custom mode (3-150PSI)
- Q3: Why can't I find Custom Mode?
- A3: By adjusting the mode button, you can switch sequentially to car mode, bicycle mode, motorcycle mode, ball mode, and custom mode. The custom mode is one more click after the ball mode.
- Q4: Will the 12V DC cigarette lighter charge the pump?
- A4: No. After the electric tire inflator's battery runs out, you can also use a 12V cigarette lighter to inflate the tires. However, it's important to note that the 12V cigarette lighter cannot recharge the inflator.
- Q5: How to maintain the car tire pump?
- A5: To ensure the longer lifespan of the inflator, please fully charge it upon receipt. Also, after each use, recharge the inflator fully and store it in an environment with suitable temperature conditions.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
